Activity : Training Course for Humanitarian Engineers

Introduction :

Jointly organized by OXFAM Hong Kong and EWB-HK (total 9 lessons)

HEP training courses;
1. Gather and report to EWB-HK members / HEP about the recent Sichuan site assessment trip findings;
2. To prepare for better equipped professionals in the reconstruction of Sichuan and the future emergency relief projects, both Oxfam HK and EWB-HK aim to provide more training to professionals in the construction industry who are going to serve in the field or be a supporting member of the emergency relief projects. 
3.  In this gathering event, the speakers will share with you their perspectives and experience from their field work, as well as to share the concepts of vulnerability and disasters, nature of emergencies, humanitarian assistance and the role of professions in delivering aid.
